Four High Temper Mill
Temper Mill is capable of producing 225,000 tonnes per annum of both
single reduced and double reduced product (using controlled lubrication).
The mill was commissioned in 1963 and has been upgraded several times to
improve quality and reliability, the most recent being 2006.
The process ensures the tinplate strip has the correct mechanical
properties and final surface finish as required by the customer specification.
Mill is 2 stand 4 high.
